We bought the vehicle that will hopefully last us for many years!! Our Toyota Tacoma is the first big item off our 'retirement checklist'. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help make this happen. Kudos to John and Gurinder in sales and Lyle in the office.

I was charged nearly double the amount of labor hours as I was originally quoted. No phone calls had been made to me to confirm they were going to charge more. It was also supposed to take two days, but I received the vehicle after 5 days with little and poor explanation. I also was denied a loaner vehicle to use throughout this time. This service department caused me a great inconvenience from what was originally expected. I would never return or recommend them to anyone.
