Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.

Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. Great job. Friendly staff and quality service. Well done

Paul knows his stuff, he ordered the part for my washer, came to do the repair and went straight to work. The repair was done in no time at all. EXCELLENT service, and reasonable prices. They are extremely knowledgable on the products and are more than willing to spend as much time as necessary with their customers to make sure they are making an informed decision when making a purchase.
