West Coast Medical Imaging Royal City Centre

A very rude and obnoxious group of people working there. They showed no professionalism, compassion or courtesy. I have never been treated so badly in a medical office . I would rather drive miles out of my way than deal with these people again.

I had my 22 weeks Ultrasound on November 9. Technician was highly arrogant and tried best to make me uncomfortable throughout. He did not even gave me few seconds so I could settle down. I was before time but still technician was in hurry. I kept requesting that I need one minute but he was upset with that and finally decided to hurry up at the end when I got sick during the ultrasound procedure. He seemed to be little scared after that but I literally fainted. Extremely scary experience.

When they called to book my appointment they told me I needed to fast for 12 hours and not to eat any meat/dairy/fatty or fried foods the day before my appointment. Turns out I didn't need to do any of that so I did it all for nothing. Not impressed. Plus the technician was rude

registered at the front desk at approx. 11:30am ,there was 3 people in the reception area booked in waiting for what needed to be done. Behind me at the time was 2 patients waiting to register. I stood outside for at least half an hour before taking a seat on a bench close by. As time went by I noticed people that arrived as walk-in's after myself were being called in. The woman that I shared the bench and conversation with was called in before me yet she was behind me.Finally called in at 2:45

Results of tests done are the patients, who else has an interst in it. Not your neighbour for sure. Now this office charges $10 for a print out, a total ripoff. I take my business elsewhere, good thing there is competition in this field. Medical results should all go to myehealth, all labs are already using it and it is the best idea.To pay for $10 after this office already bills the Medical Plan for everything, NO WAY!!!!!
