One Stop Appliance

I purchased several appliances from them in the last two years. They all work fine except that the freeze of the fridge, which I recently purchased, was not working. I contacted Peter, and he replaced the fridge with a working one as soon as could despite his super busy schedule. I am very happy with their services. Peter and his team do care about their customers!

The business is dishonest on many levels, do not purchase anything from them and never trust them. We bought a washer and a dryer and regretted it the next day. We were promised a delivery of the cleaned washer with the re-installed upper surface on the next day, but it took us 2 days and many phone calls to make the delivery happen. The washer delivered was without the kickplate. We were promised a delivery and installation the next day, and again it took 3 days and 15 phone calls.

I am so glad we checked this place out. We were very happy with the prices and service at One Stop Appliance. They sell some very nice stainless steel appliances at less than half the retail prices. My family cannot afford to waste money so this place gave us affordable appliances for our new home. The delivery guys were very helpful and moved our old appliances out for us.

We were looking for a quality refridgerator and stopped in at One Stop appliances. We found exactly what we were looking for and were provided great customer service from Justin and Peter. They have a large inventory of well known stop of the line appliances at very attractive prices. We needed to replace a missing exterior fitting which we ordered from the factory which was reimbursed by them without hesitation. Thank you !

DISHONEST, when I asked for delivery the fridge LG which I ordered, the fridge was gone. I was forced to buy another worse one with rust rack at the same price. They agreed to replace the RUST rack and extended the warranty to 3 months. Finally the fridge was arrived with the same condition, I only paid $50 less. After a month, the fridge was not cold enough. I called many times for repair and the man agreed to come. Finally, NO show up. SUGGESTION, Pay more to buy a new one, no hassle
