I have gone to this car wash on and off since it opened over 20years ago. That is until they tried to over charge me. I went in for a quick rinse of my car normally $3-4 but when I go to pay I'm told its $16? I explained there must be an error I was only in for like 4 minutes? I had to argue with the two employees who were no help even though they use two clocks and one was aparently new. I was told I had to pay or I couldn't leave to which I demanded to speak with the owner on the phone he charged me $6 which I paid. I went back to my car to wipe my door rubber so they wouldn't freeze and along comes one of the employees and tells me I have to leave and that I am banned from the car wash for complaining? If you go to this car wash be aware of your time as they had a problem with the clock synchronization but did not check. Very poor customer service and I will never go back.
