Be very wary of this business. Told me that my dryer element would cost 144 dollars, but I bought it on ebay for 18 dollars. Also took the liberty to open bedroom doors in the basement when I went upstairs to get the money for the service call. Sketchy to say the least!!

Sketchy to say the least. Have an AC unit that wasn't always working. This guy said to fix it would be more expensive than buying a new one. Offered to "dispose of it" for me. After weeks of not being able to pick it up after hours (it was perfectly fine to drop it off and pay the $90 service fee after hours), I had someone else fix the machine that day. I doubt the guy with A1 even took it apart.
