Delivery & Takeout
Not all of our beverages are available for pick up and delivery, but these favourites always are. Water, juice and pop await.
This is the most disgusting place I have ever had the displeasure of dining at. The fries were stone cold, and the chicken was re warmed and very tough. The server never came back after she threw the hog wash they called food at us, and we had to ask for utensils. When we complained to the Manager he just shrugged and said we gave you $5.00 off the bill. And as I told him $5.00 does not make up fir a very bad experience at this restaurant. As we left there were several other guests complaining .
My first attempt at ordering on-line for pick up did not go so well, for example, there is no back button that would permit one to change my choice of garnishments. I paid at the store which went fine, then I scurried home to enjoy my meal- the salad and dressing were missing although I suspect someone knew as both items were highlighted an the yellow delivery copy I noticed after we had already eaten the rest which was only warm at best. Perhaps a deposit on a returnable warmer bag ??
I am a regular customer of Swiss Chalet. I love quarter chicken with fries. Lately the fries at Bradford are brown, Maybe they are cooked with old oil or maybe they are cooked in the morning and served lately, I do not know exactly what happen but barely I can eat them. The chicken is also dried and overcooked; the skin very dried.
This happens many times lately; it will be a very big luck to get a fresh portion with yellow fries and fresh meat. Sorry, bur very disappointing. I will photo prove
Went out with the family for dinner. I believe we had stephanie as our server couldn't be more pleased with the service . Friendly , organized and experienced. Would definetly recommend server stephanie and restaurant
I have eat at this resturaunt in many diffenrt citys and recived the same service at each AMAZING. People there are just womderful food is unbelivable and it doesnt matter were you are the service is the same just AMAZING !!!!
