Aquacade Pools And Spas Ltd

They are okay (hence the three star rating) but not great. I find sometimes they will jump to conclusions and act like they are sure of everything because they are self proclaimed experts. However, often they are wrong but they have made a sale so... And their hours of operation suck. I mean really, really suck. If there was another pool place closer to me, I would try there.

I bought a hot tub on Sept.28/17 and installed on Oct 18/17. What can I say about Aquacade Pool & Spas team... They are AMAZING! I have dealt with Aquacade Pools & Spas for the past eight years and they are very professional and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Service is top notch , the store is always clean and well organized . Staff always acknowledges me when I come in for a water test. I highly recommend them for all your swimming pool and hot tub needs

Did not warranty my pool liner that the seam broke in 2 years even with a 10 year warranty.
