    They came to fix our washing machine and went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they fix the immediate problem but they double checked the entire machine for anything out of the ordinary to make sure I wouldn't have to call somebody else later and spend more money. All for a very reasonable fee. Really nice, friendly guys

    Great service!

    Thanks Flash Repair! I was really happy with the service. After moving into my new apartment, my Samsung stackable washer and dryer unit was leaking. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the part with him so he was able to fix everything right away. I would definitely recommend Flash Repair. Liz

    Unbelievably bad ...

    Unbelievably bad service. Flash "fixed" my machine a few months ago but began to give me the same problems again. I called Thursday February 25th at 9am to have them re-repair it...long story short, they still haven't repaired it after 2 visits (never with the right part). I think they don't want to honor their warranty. 12 days and counting to repair a 2 year old Whirlpool machine...really?

    Promised to send ...

    Promised to send a repairman this afternoon. When I called at 4 p.m. the dispatcher said they were running late and it would be tomorrow instead. No sorry, too bad, nothing. Never again.
